The requirements to reduce engine noise and lower pollutant emissions have led to engine compartments being better and better insulated and the pressures in fuel lines have increased considerably. This also caused the temperature level in the engine compartment to rise significantly. The risk of an engine fire has therefore increased significantly!

Once a fire has started in the engine compartment, it can only be controlled with professional fire extinguishing technology.

FIRE EVO I Indirect System

The FIRE EVO I system utilizes the POWERTECH detection line for fire detection. The extinguishing process is carried out through a separate spray line equipped with special nozzles. The FIRE EVO I extinguishing agent containers are constantly under pressure, allowing for the early and immediate extinguishing of the fire at its inception. In contrast, conventional systems require additional pressurization.

FIRE EVO D Direct System

In the direct FIRE EVO D system, the POWERTECH detection line performs a dual function: it detects the fire and simultaneously initiates the extinguishing process. Similar to the FIRE EVO I, the FIRE EVO D extinguishing agent containers are always under pressure, enabling immediate fire suppression at the early stage. Conventional systems, on the other hand, require additional pressurization.
